AS-Roma centre-back Kostas Manolas is set to become the subject of a £42 million bid from Chelsea, Greek broadcaster Sport FM 94.6 claims.

With John Terry having left the club, Antonio Conte is eager to strengthen his backline ahead of a busy 2017-18 season and sees the 25-year-old as good competition for David Luiz, Cesar Azpilicueta and Gary Cahill.

Real Madrid are reportedly considering the possibility of re-signing Achraf Hakimi just a year after selling him to Inter Milan. According to a report from Spanish publication  El Gol Digital , reigning La Liga champions Real Madrid are keen on bringing Achraf Hakimi back to the club from Serie A giants Inter Milan. Having come through the youth ranks at Real Madrid, Hakimi made his senior debut in October 2017 but managed only 17 appearances before he was sent out on a two-year loan spell at Borussia Dortmund in 2018. The right-back thrived in Germany, establishing himself as a key member for the Bundesliga outfit.
